Staff and amenities were perfect, we loved that everything was perfect. Our check-in was easy.

Everything was fine, loved our perfectly pleasant stay. The location was incredible, not too far from Royal Armouries Museum.

A little outdated hotel, even so with helpful stuff and free wi-fi.

The area was not pleasant.

The place is low budget and fairly clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating.

Fine overall experience. The staff is decent, the breakfast traditional, the ocation is peaceful so close to bus Stop, town centre and the railway.

The venue is pleasant, overall clean and the location is perfect just off city centre and the train station. Nothing too much trouble, we would recomand the place to friends.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a really really nice experience. The staff were amicable and pleasant, gave us great tips. Variety of food at the reasonable and tasty breakfast.

The whole building was clean and had a family atmosphere.

Certainly a fairly nice experience for one night in Leeds. It's a reasonably spacious hotel, gorgeous breakfast. The staff is super at all levels.

Unattractive area.

The place was great, it worked for me. I loved having an ironing set, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk. There where lots of restaurants to eat, like Itza that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel met required needs, I would stay here again.

Staff was outstanding, overall experience was perfect 10/10. Stayed in very well furnished suite with a comfy bed, shower cubicle and adequate reasonable breakfast.

Straightforward place, warm rooms, absolutely perfect location. Everyone we met from the staff was brilliant!

Everything was superb, pleasant staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We liked the continental breakfast. Good service during our stay too. Plus their wifi was excellent.

Beachfront location, outstanding restaurant - excellent service. Breakfast offered lots of decent meals. We enjoyed luxury room. Charming staff, were eager to help.

Spotlessly clean space and not expensive breakfast. After we arrived at the place, the owner met us and was friendly.

The staff were simply approaching and they had large beds. Wonderful view of castle. Everything was lovely as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was very compact. Also, the venue was only 1 km to royal armouries.

The hotel was impeccably clean, location and staff were EXCEPTIONAL. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was fairly large and had comfy bed.

Tea and coffee making equipment, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a writing table available in the double room. Moreover, it was easy to park on-site. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk.

Furthermore, WiFi - was a nice touch. We appreciated our stay.

We would recommend this place to friends. They offered extra bed too. We loved our coffee with goodies at angelina's tea and cake;)))

within minutes of royal armouries museum and other local attractions. ciao bella, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel.
